The only CGC 9.8 of Green Lantern #76 in the public record sold in November 2010 for $37,344. Nothing at that grade has traded publicly since. Every figure quoted for the top of this book is therefore a sixteen-year-old number, and the grades underneath tell a very different story.

The Green Goblin dies here, and a CGC 9.8 of the issue has sold exactly once in 2026. Seventeen sales exist at that grade in total. Everything a seller can rely on is further down the ladder, where the record is thirty deep.
Four different printings of Amazing Spider-Man #252 trade under the same cover, and at CGC 9.8 the gap between the cheapest and the most expensive runs past a thousand dollars. Two small boxes on the cover tell you which one is in your hands, and almost nobody checks them.
A CGC 9.8 of Batman #232 brought $22,000 at the top of the market in March 2022 and $7,100 in December 2025. Three sales since have run $7,930 to $10,000, which is the first sign in four years that the first Ra’s al Ghul has found its floor.
